Lawl no. It is what it is. If his voice cracks he just has to keep going through with the performance, though I can guarantee before each performance he preps his throat/vocal chords for this work. And if he can't control it then he probably wont end up singing. He didn't sing in a lot of parts after a while in those vids I posted.

After all they did mention it on the E! Special :3
