You can
use this to make it. It requires IE, but if you don't want to use it, there's an IE Tab Extension for
Chrome and
Firefox.
It doesn't have to be something "possible". Just make a character that looks perfect to you.
I have a lot of dream character ideas, but this is definitely one of them. I love that skin tone and hair/eye color.

A character with all str and dex skills capped and max roll ancient ambush flamerider, two oblivion fierce ribbons, oblivion viscount spaika boots, max roll steel needle dignified 2/2 val gaunts, oblivion dex 2/1 helm. I don't care what it looks like, that's my dream character.
