I keep getting a hackshield error when I talk to Austeyn

So about a third of the time when I go into dunby bank to look into my bank, my client gives me a hackshield error just as I talk to Austeyn. It lags for about half a second then it crashes giving me the usual error warning.

Is this a patch error? It never happened before S3 and S4.

This one also started getting this error.
