The mabi tools weather thingy is outdated and dead as of the last update.
There's another one out there that people claim is accurate, I dunno the link but I'm sure someone can give it to you here.

It's out of date in general. Those three areas share the same weather, though. If I'm not mistaken, this issue was already brought up.
