New Ragnarok Online 2 ""Legend of the Second"

  They've gone back to the basics. They scrapped the new systems; the stupid character bound weapon leveling system, the new classes and skills systems, the new stats system, the dimago/ellr/norman race and etc.
  
  Returning are the card system, pet system, the stats system, the old class system: Swordsman/Knight, Mage/Wizard, Archer/Hunter, Thief, Acolyte/Priest (unfortunately, the merchant class does not return). RO2 will have some new contents too such as a more balanced dueling/pvp system, living system, weaving and much more. RO2 is no longer a separate game from RO1 but a true sequel.
  
  Classes appear to be redesigns from RO1 instead of fresh new designs. This is a good thing since it retains the feel and flavor of RO1.
  
  They also have a new artist (looks nothing like the work of MJL) and the art is absolutely gorgeous. (check out the official site for larger pics)
  
  Instead of just keeping a Poring while redesigning every other monster in and call it RO2, the new RO2 now has old monsters that return in glorious 3D. These are the monsters we know and have grown to love. It is truly an RO sequel.
  
  Yoko Kanno (music composer) is still on the project, and her music is still mesmerizing. You can hear a glimpse of one of her new soundtracks on the official site.
  
  The current RO2 servers will shut down on August 2nd. The new RO2 Closed Beta testing will begin on August 31st.

  The character class art has gone from kinda chibi, to chibi, and now to this. Personally, I like both of them, but this kind of art style is more suited to a game in 3d.

  Oh god, this is gonna be awesome. Not to mention, this is actually a sequel to RO! And not a completely different mmorpg with the name RO slapped on it. I just... worry about the exp rates and drop rates.

  I hope there is still the guild battle system and all of that stuff ;D!
  Though, it sounds like it would just be something like RO1, just with some added content o-o.

  In played on the free sever for a while. Wasn't too bad, although I didn't play it enough to get very far.
  
  Only thing that bothered me was that I couldn't travel to somewhere fast because of some kind of event that put extremely high leveled monsters on the path between some places, lol.

  It's a mount that the lord knight (Forgot about the paladin) can ride. The best part in this game, imo, is the guild battles. Every class has his own role and you have to work together to win. It's kinda like a CTF, mages lays traps near the entrance, assasin cross can turn invisible and they are fast, they try to break the stone and steal it, archers can detect the assasin cross, etc.

  Yes. WoE is awesome, and it can't get boring. Unless, y'know, you're on a server where it's completely dominated by 2-3 different guilds at best. This happens a lot if you're on a small server too....
  
  Chocobo is called a "Peco". Or a "PecoPeco". It's been a while. Paladins can ride on Peco Pecos as well.
  
  Also, when Snipers promote to Rangers, they can use wolf mounts.

  It was really fun playing Ragnarok PH owo.
  Might join a P-Server one day, heard Deliverance-Online was good.
