  Normally, yes, but the video shows the turns being taken nonstop. It's a moot point either way, both scenarios work out to the same end.

  This may not be happening on other servers, but it does exist.
  
  It's just that there's a guild doing it on Ruairi doesn't means everyone is doing it for their own personal gain.

  By the time the game starts the game is also ended and everyone's turn was already taken and so the game is also restarted meaning the 15 second wait is still there .It's just the jumping animations still have to go off even though the game has already ended. I do not if I can explain it any better than that.

  It's still better than the no aim meter ranged attack or one charge fireball. If you don't like it, just channel change. As evil as they may appear to be, they just want their own personal gain, they usually don't care about following you through channels to piss you off.

  well, i play on alexina and it's rampant here. party members of a sousei guild group were exploiting it, a player named erebus and another named LLllss who got major butthurt and proceeded to complain about my gacha buying and how i'm a useless player because she got caught glitching. lol?
  
  shameless enough to game break yet i'm the bad player because i support nexon. :P it only grinds my gears because there aren't as many players on other channels as there were the previous time the event was around, so it's hard for us to find a party on any channel but the most busy (being 1) and that's where all the turn-stealers are.
