That's odd, I don't see the enemy in stun animation(myself included if I'm attacked by these Knuckles) and the enemies die on the spot as if killed by a GM Hide person. No damage either.
I really hope the old knuckle animations aren't replaced by this new stuff.
The slide tackle at the end of the current one makes for a reliable 7-hit combo with an option for a stomp/assault slash add-on, or works great for getting the extra space from a pursuer to get your windmill off.
In other words, knuckles are awesome weapons right now if you have enough crit and a little experience, especially with the changes to windmill.
Personally, I'll wait until we get the fighter destiny at which point, then knuckles will have a use.

That's really a pretty pathetic thing that giants use in dueling anyway and it's useless for PvE so if you're complaining you're obviously doing something wrong to begin with.
After I got mine, I ran a SM with a newbie on beginner, and used only knuckles/melee.
Even with all dem 50s, I was still doing most of the work...
Though I must say, I've had an easier time meleeing with knuckles than any other melee weapon I've used in the past. Didn't take that long for me to get used to them.
Of course, I have absolutely no idea how to upgrade them. Looks like it's time for the wiki...
For anyone who cares, and doesn't know already...
Sabina was made aware of this, and how they're obtained. Wouldn't surprise me if the glitch is repaired during this maintenance, as it shouldn't be too hard to fix.
If they are 'fixed' what will happen to people currently wearing them?
They hopefully lose their hands for reaching into pandora's box...
also edern upgrades the G16 knuckles for everyone who is too aferd to go into vales ...
and the novelty of knuckles is the combo length... leaves less to connection speed and if you got crit... it helps...

They will be special upgradable when they are released... why not get a jump start? AND PRACTICE....I'd not mind human/elves using them more if they didnt look absolutely rediculous flailing their arms and legs over things like fresh from the soulstream mouse abusing keyboard bashing newblets...
