I want to learn how to draw better ._.

I don't care what anyone says. If you plan on drawing people, no matter how stylized, draw realism first. From a live model is ideal but also expensive so photographs are a great place to draw from.

I started out drawing only stylized, but nothing helped me get better at my own style than getting to draw realism. You have to know the rules before you know how you can break them.

Nah, just bribe your friend to sit in the same position for two hours for five bucks. :D

Washburn and KU both have free live model drawing nights. They sit there for four hours naked. You just need your own supplies. Perhaps there are other colleges near where all you other people live who do the same thing.

I recommend reading the Animator's Survival Kit.

When I read the book, I was surprised the best cartoonist are also the ones that knows how to draw real human proportions.

^This^ I didn't really get better until I started taking life drawing classes in college. It's amazing how much you can improve in 1 semester.
