Global Ignore as "De-rep"

  I don't like the idea of punshing someone just because a person put them on the ignore list.

  People don't need a motive to ignore each other, lol. Giving them the motives by adding -rep to someone else's rep, doesn't help. It feeds the flame even more, if they ever cared about rep points.
  
  I am pretty sure that there's no -rep function on the forum for a reason, and not many people care enough about rep that there should be modified changes to the system. It's fine the way it is.
