I usually eat.......... every few days or so and not much. Unless I plan on being very active (exercise/studying) basically I keep up the quantity/quality based off how many calories I'll need to get things done. With that being said I can easily look at images and not be tempted to stuff my face.

Normally? At least I can say I don't have any health problems. Did boxing for 12 years so my body is really fit. Edit: also its not like I have an Acme stomach so I tend to forget about food sometimes lol.
