  Vietnamese chè, aka "dessert soup" or "dessert pudding". Not "soup" in the traditional sense, but "soup" as in heavily flavored liquid mixtures (Usually very sweet). Though the ones in this picture are a lot more like drinks than soup. The white cream on top is coconut creme. Very light, liquid-y, and sweet.

  Dough-y. I don't know how to describe the taste unless you actually ate something like asian rice cake.
  
  Ice cream-filled mochi are common nowadays. Ice cream is ice cream, so it's like M&M, but the outside "shell" is very flexible (and has a nice texture). Ice cream on the inside can be whatever flavor (usually some sweet bean or tropical fruit flavor).
