[Note] Fashion Goggles issue of the Dream of Imp event

Dear Mabinogians,

We've found an issue about the Fashion Goggles of the Dream of Imp event
and we are currently investigating to solve the issue.
Thanks to your report, the issue has been detected easily.

In case of the past 2 sessions of the event, we'll pick the winners among the participants
on the basis of the event log on our system and give them a coupon-code
on this Wednesday so please pay attention to the upcoming notice on the website.
Also the last session of the event scheduled on July 16th-18th will be worked normally.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your kind understanding.
