I was looking at the Star Rider hat today and an idea struck me. Not an exact match but I did the best I could think of.

NOTE: just noticed the brown part on the dress isn't the right brown. Same general idea though.

I think Spaika Two-Piece Boots would work better, instead of whichever boots those are. Otherwise, it matches quite well. Drill-like hair would actually be pretty nice to have in-game, now that I think about it. It's cute. Cx

Emerald Celtic Dress also fits closer to it, same as Xiao's Formal Dress or whatever you call it. o3o

Hmm, will keep that in mind. I don't have any plans to do it right away and will most likely be a seperate character but it's an idea I had anyways.

Not sure how common Emerald Celtic Dresses are on your server, Xiao's Formal Dress actually just has the ribbon at the center and can be obtained from Fleta though, and a center. Though, I'm not sure what would have stockings close to it, that's the only thing that's missing. ;;

Celtic would work better but it might be difficult to find. I might have to go with the formal dress instead.
