UPDATE [7/19] Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC characters

  Unrelated update [June 1st, 2012]
  
  A large promotion of the game by Nintendo today, even though it's been out for over a month and has DLCs already.

  Fire Emblem World, the official Japanese Fire Emblem site, has updated with a special background section dedicated to the game, which includes information on the game's world and story, Anna's walkthrough of the game chapters and wallpaper downloads. In particular, the world and story section features new artwork for Vake and Mariabel and a host of pretty interesting takes on the English character names.
  
  Additionally, N.O.M, Nintendo's online magazine, has a special feature on the game, which is mostly a play report, but also includes concept sketches for the in-game CG movies.

  Another Story: Light versus Dark (Dark Side)
  Light--It protects people, guiding them towards peace. Darkness--It opposses light and enters conflict with it. These two forces continue their never-ending war in the Other-world. Krom decides to lend a hand to the agents of darkness to defeat the warriors of light.
  
  Reward: Saint Cellica's talisman (allows players to recruit "Cellica from Another World")
  Difficulty: 4 star, Price: 350 Yen

  This new DLC is throwing off some predictions of a new DLC class and selected DLC character release, alongside if there might be a new DLC map set or not.
  
  By the way, Bride class's description: "A woman blessed by the goddess of good fortune. Can wield lances, bows and staves."
  
  Finally, Nintendo of America finally confirmed that Fire Emblem: Awakening will be released in NA.

  Would pay for Florina, for some reason she was always one of my favorite characters from fire emblem.
  Also Lute, her superiority still sticks into my head despite not playing the gba ones since a few years ago.
  
  Other than the gba ones, i have only gotten to play path of radiance and am about halfway through shadow dragon on the ds, other than this one does anyone have any good ones they would recommend? I haven't kept up with the series as much as I would have liked to.

  Well it was never released outside of Japan, but Seisen no Keifu is my favorite of all time, and has been fan translated to near completion.
  
  It's sequel Thracia 776 is possibly the hardest game in the series, also not released outside Japan.
  
  Also, if you liked Rekka no Ken a.k.a the one with Florina, you'll most likely like FÅ«in no Tsurugi. It's a prequel about Eliwood's son Roy and his battle against the tyrannical king Zephiel.
  
  All these games you would need to emulate.

  The red-haired lion, Roy--Elibe's young hero. The Hero of the Blue Flames, Ike--Tellius's infamous mercenary. These two heroes' armies are locked in a never-ending war in the Other-world. In order to seal away these magical talismans, Krom challenges them to an all-out war.
  
  Reward: Noblewoman of Sacae, Lyn's talisman (allows players to recruit "Lyn from Another World"), Iote Shield (teaches the Iote Shield Skill, which prevents flying units from receiving bonus damage)
  Difficulty: 4 star, Price: 400 Yen

  Also, when you play any of these paid DLC episodes, you'll also hear the music of a previous Fire Emblem game. For example, while playing Light vs. Dark (Light side), the battle map BGM is Chapter 8 (Path of Radiance), the map theme is Advance (Mystery of the Emblem), and the battle theme is Attack (Mystery of the Emblem).

  Reward: Hero of the Blue Flames, Ike's talisman (allows players to recruit "Ike from Another World"), Limit Breaker Manual (teaches the Limit Breaker Skill, which raises the character's maximum stats by 10)
  Difficulty: 5 star, Price: 400 Yen
  Artist: Eiji Kaneda

  This is most likely the last major DLC character coming out.
  
  The reason being for this theory is that this paid downloadable chapter completes the Light vs. Dark trilogy, which sits among the Spirit Talisman trilogy, the King vs. King trilogy, the Red vs. Blue trilogy, and the extra 3 missions.
