Sadism and Masochism, a specific subset of fetishes involving causing and receiving pain for sexual gratification.

They should make 250 max dmg maces, dualwield able to giants because beam sword + elsinore is fucked up.
Giants' options are still
better.

This is the kinkiest derail ever. Time to reign it back in.
I want an active skill for paladins. Something that banks upon their OMGWTFBBQ massive amount of stamina. Perhaps something that lets them start eating into stamina once they hit deadly instead of dying? Call it the paladin's endless fight. We are paladins, we do not give up, no matter how rent and torn our bodies are, we will persevere till our body is devoid of all energy!
But yeah, make it a skill that is automatically activated upon deadly status, and begins draining stamina, and burns stamina every time you're hit, until your hp is positive. It'd be similar to mana shield, except with Stamina, at and rank 1 would be more efficient than r1 mana shield. And it would be generally awesome. Because when you think of holy warriors of light, you think of never giving up :U

If I remember correctly, the paladin armor cannot stay materialized for too long because it put a strain on the wolf spirit that embody's it.
That's kinda why I prefer Dark knight armor.. there is no time limit on those (story wise I mean)

Or hey, something that makes Dexterity useful for Giants.
How about long whips? (If Humans/Elves also get them, they can only handle shorter whips because of their size.)
They could even add in a skill that lets the giants pull enemies closer with the whip, to mix melee in.

Roaming S&M giants. Now that's a scary thought.

My idea wouldn't extend trans duration. xD You'd still detrans after a certain time, this would just make it much much harder to die during that time.

AFAIK, long whips aren't used in S&M. I could be wrong, though.

Whips would be awesome. I'm picturing Quistis, Rydia, and other various characters with whips. And I like this.

I hate how whips got associated with S&M. I preferred back when they were a bad ass weapon, used by adventures like Indiana Jones and Alan Quartermain (King Solomon's Mines), or heros like Cat Women and Ivan Vanko (Whiplash in Iron man 2)

I like the pally skill idea, but I could only see it really go through and not be OP (thanks to mana shield) If at rank F it's 5sp for every 1hp dmg. And at rank 1 it's 1.5sp for every 1hp dmg. *shrugs* XD I'm not good at this. >.>
As to the whips and giving giants a skill to pull mobs closer, as long as they don't instantly smack you if your too slow.. I mean like .5 seconds slow. XD
Long range whips and short range whips for giants, short range for humans and elves. Dmg based on a mix of str and dex for the short range, and str for the long ones. Like maybe, every 8str = 6-11dmg and every 12dex = 2-5dmg, and 8str for a short range = 1-4 and 12dex = 1-3 *shrugs*
Giant only skill, (I can't think of a name..) Requires a long whip. Pull in a target and lower it's def/prot for the next hit. (or just be like support shot.)
Lash, requires any whip weapon, long whips increase its range and dmg some as well as adding +1 to the amount of targets it can hit. The skill would hit mobs in a ____ AoE fashion in front of you. The skill would do less dmg to the next mob hit but would not agro unless the mobs AI calls for it. Think of it like WM but not really? XD
Whip mastery, adds a very small amount of dmg to the whip and very slightly increases its critical dmg
Idk any other skills really. But you couldn't smash with them and I really just see WM doing fist dmg. Though counter, fist dmg, and defense would still work.
Whips get slightly less range than lances and can attack even when the target is close. Dealing more dmg at a close target and less at a target farther off. I could see whips doing a far less amount of dmg but having nice crit rates and decent balance.
Leather whip short: 11-25dmg 22% crit 60% balance 14dura (losses at just slightly slower than a bow) and +3% crit dmg
Leather whip long: 16-31dmg 24% crit 57% balance 14dura +3.5% crit dmg
Also another thing I'd like to see is lances being able to hit stuff close to you. There's just about no reason they shouldn't. Just reduce the dmg a bit and say we're smacking them with the side of the thing or something. :-/ If a bow can hit something up close, so should a fking lance...just for a bit less dmg.

Are there any other sword users out there that are starting to feel less special?
I mean we got lances and lances have two moves all to themselves and a mastery.
The knuckles that are coming out have six moves and two masteries.
