Elves are supposed to be best with magic, and even the game descriptions hinted/said so.

Nope, can't load any skills while rolling.
Evasion
does have a less restrictive animation lock at r9.
Action Limit refers to the amount of time that you have to wait before you can load skills after activating Evasion. Until r9, you have to wait 0.6 seconds before you can perform an action. At r1 this is reduced to 0.4 seconds, which allows you to load skills slightly before the mid-point of the roll.

really wish we had rank 1, as of right now, I have to wait to stop rolling before I can load skills(namely alchemy)

Well I wouldn't mind that. I'd like Evasion to NOT force cancel any skill, so a warrior could face smash an archer.

Spellwalk's Stamina Sapping is now removed.
- Stamina usage of other skills will be doubled while Spellwalk is active.
- Spellwalk's Master title now adds +10% Movement speed while Spellwalk is active.
Do mages use stamina in other skills? I can understand making it less restrictive, but that seems like turning it into a slap on the wrist. Since spellwalk is just about the only stamina skill a mage is going to be using, why not nix the double mana and change the stamina drain to decrease instead of increase on ranking?

The problem comes with meditation, that completely negates sp regin. Unless you use pet summon or bard song.
Without meditation, you end up chugging mp pots. With it, you end up chugging sp pots for spell walk.
To me, spell walk should just be a passive you turn off and on, that while on, activates when you try and move and load magic/move with int magic. That's all it really should be honestly.

- Spellwalk
- Still double MP usage.
- SP usage is high at lower ranks and is 2 SP/Sec on r1.
- Master title still returns MP costs back to normal, but also lowers SP usage to .5 SP/Sec.
- SP is only drained when charging a magic skill while moving, or running with a magic skill that normally doesn't let you move. Not for just having it on even though you don't move, or even though you move but don't have any magic skills.
- Spellwalk lets you run with Blaze.
- Meditation
- SP regen rate changed from 0% to 25%.

That sounds pretty good, I think. Not a Blaze user so I don't really know what effect that would have.

-Meditation no longer affects hunger. Or affects it a lot less.
-Meditation and Mana Shield uncapped to 1.
-Shockwave's MP cost changed from 10% to 50.
-Shockwave's MP cost is reduced by 1% per 50 int, akin to Int magic.
-Shockwave no longer cancels Lightning-charged Staffs.

removing or even nerfing stam cost would break spellwalk
why do people think spellwalk is bad

10 stamina per second. That much is just ridiculously excessive. Combat skills don't use that much stamina.
I have a beef with the 2x mana consumption. It's not like people will cast while using Spellwalk, and most magic spells already use an hundreds of mana.

well is not suppous to be used 24/7. Change it to 2 sp per second would let me do a full shadow mission or dungeon with just a couple of sp pots or transformation. The real problem is position lag it creates if used with IS or thunder.

Shockwave and Meteor Strike damage no longer weakens by relative distance; deals 100% fixed damage regardless of how far targets are from the center of the attack.

i sure love people who don't play mage telling mages about how good the skills mages use are.
spellwalk is at worst borderline op and probably is op after mage renovation given how much faster int magic is now, never mind firebolt
