Hm...I almost always have nightmares. I mean, nightmares are more common for me than regular dreams.

I would like to think that I can lucid dream from gaming alot, but I don't think I've had a dream for a long long time
and when I remember dreams, they tend to be nightmares
maybe me gaming more sorta canceled out the dreams rather than allowing me lucid dreams
and since my dreams are usually in 1st person, playing more FPS or ElderScrolls games would help wouldn't it xD

Usually when I realize it's a dream my mind wakes up too much within a few minutes, so I can't experience full control for very long.
I do tend to participate in my dreams as if I'm living in those worlds though, rather than just watching from the sidelines.
I can't remember ever having a nightmare though, but sex dreams......... that's another story entirely.

Violent dreams lead to dementia?
Not good...

And as a slap to the face, I had multiple nightmares last night. Wonderful.
They weren't scary or anything... mostly being chased or chasing someone. When I was being chased, I ended up killing them. When I was chasing, I never could kill them...
Weird ass dreams though, lemme tell ya.

I've had reoccurring nightmares where the first sections were relatively normal but then suddenly zombies! Eventually I found a weather controlling machine whose setting was on Zombie Apocalypse. After I turned it off there were no more zombies and that was the end of my reoccurring nightmares :D

I don't always dream.
But when I do, I control them.

I've only been fortunate to have a lucid dream that lasted exactly one. Most of the time when i realize I'm dreaming, I get so excited about it that I wake myself up. :p
