CP ratings

I was doing Their method to train my wm when the int Zombies suddenly went from strong to Normal. Now their CP is 1800 and mine is 1286, so they should only have went over to normal once my CP went over 1384. Because then they'd be less than X 1.3 my CP. I did CC and try again to see if that changes it and to make sure I had my updated CP.

Has this happened to anyone ells? Did they change it or was it just a glitch?

Strong monsters are 1.4x-1.9x your CP. You need less than 1286 (1285.71 to be precise) for them to be strong. You just barely broke the border of Strong and Normal.

strong = 1.4x-2.0x
1800/1286 = 1.399688958...etc
1800/1285 = 1.400778210...etc
so you just went above the 'strong' line at 1285.714..etc
