  As long as he has enough for any potential medical bills + some extra money to let him live a comfortable life, there really is no reason to sue for much. But then again..

  The average human life in America is worth approximately 300k. Assuming he believes himself a more important than the average human life in America because he goes to college or something, he could probably sue for about 2 or 3 million.
