  I think they meant the high combat skills, especially smash which are kept after a rb.
  
  The tiger could also be useful for melee characters who didn't get a chance to buy a dragon and want mounted combat.

  Disregard that, actually, they just can't be bothered to update the displayed price. When you go to the buy menu the correct price is shown.
