Already did that in Mari. With about 70~75 people. Then tried doing it in the form of a Grid using accessories with well over 100 people.
It feels impossible to do it with so many even if nobody goes afk/runs/glitches. All it takes is for people to simply not pass it fast enough.
Which...that can be a huge issue with so many people.

Yeah it seems that with the more people, the harder it is to get organized. And there's the case of some not passing the bomb fast enough and even this one person who afk in a far back corner got the bomb and caused a huge riot x___x;
