They appeared for a brief time, seems there was an accident when they uploaded the premium cards for this year. Instead of the swimsuits, you could see these sailor outfits.

They're all exactly the same, including the girls's outfits. If anything, just buff up your elf/human if that's the look you want. I don't care much for the shoes/hat, but I'd totally buy a card for the dress. It's actually cute.
I like how blandly posed the elves are. I guess one of them had to show the full outfit without covering it with some body part.
