I'm looking for MMORPGs similiar to Mabi in this case: EXP grinding is not only quests and endless mob-killing.
Oh and with an interesting battle system ^.^
I prefer f2p, but you can also recommend me p2p.
Thanks a lot :D

Guild wars 2 would fit the criteria, the event system doesn't seem grindy and the combat is pretty interesting.

There's
TERA, but it doesn't fit your "EXP grind" bill.
There's also
the Secret World, but that's currently in beta.
Oh, and
Phantasy Star Online 2! Free-to-play... but it's still in beta and not localized to NA.
Right.
Guild Wars 2. Also in beta.

Seal Online is pretty cool.

Well you could try Wakafu, but it may still be grindly but in a different way.

While not a MMORPG, Diablo 3? It is as RPG of sorts...

Guild Wars 2 fits as close as possible as it currently stands. So wait for that I guess.

Uh.
I don't know that many RPGs similar to mabi but ones I've played include a wide variety.
you should try looking at MMOhut.
Long lists of MMOs (Including MMORPGs) with links to websites. Albeit a little outdated it still gets me around the internet.

I'm gonna have to look into this because I love the art style of the characters. Not too big on the monster thing, but meh.

That awkward moment where The Secret World formerly had the same name as a
different Cabal.

Yeah, when I read the wiki I thought it was that Cabal, which is also a good game.
Someone showed me The Secret World years and years ago and I forgot what it was called... There wasn't much to it back then, just ideas and concepts. I was happy to be able to see it again, even though it went in a direction I'm kinda 50/50 on.
