Say what you will about their games, but generally they've always done a pretty good job with the customer support. Years ago I got a refund on WoW part way through a 6 month subscription when I decided I'd had enough. Digital games with no physical items makes returns a whole lot easier, especially with the Blizzard's battlenet integration.

It's funny because the company that made SWTOR wont refund you because it has a CD key.
I suppose that what the cat is saying is that even tho the CD key has been used already, Blizzard still refunded him for a product they lost money on. Seeing as they can't resell it.
I got lucky and the gamestop guy refunded mine tho :l
