I'm really happy about this, seeing as Argentina is a country where, I dare say, over 80% of the population is catholic, homosexuality is every day less and less discriminated even by religious people. There's still those hard-core religious people that I dislike though -w-.
Before, and during the senates debate, there were many priests and nun making mobilizations against the law, and I find that horrible, the state should have absolutely nothing to do with the church or any religion whatsoever. And our constitution says everyone is the same by law.
There were even catholic schools that gave letters to the students parents telling them to join in mobilizations against the law, well screw you - you lost, we won 8D. So yay.
