Same-Sex marriage legalized in Argentina.

  Finally... this have been a long-ass debate started months back here. Yesterday the senate had the final debate, and the law got approved 33 in favor, 27 against. First country in latin america to have legalized gay marriage. And the 10th in the world.

  I'm really happy about this, seeing as Argentina is a country where, I dare say, over 80% of the population is catholic, homosexuality is every day less and less discriminated even by religious people. There's still those hard-core religious people that I dislike though -w-.
  
  Before, and during the senates debate, there were many priests and nun making mobilizations against the law, and I find that horrible, the state should have absolutely nothing to do with the church or any religion whatsoever. And our constitution says everyone is the same by law.
  There were even catholic schools that gave letters to the students parents telling them to join in mobilizations against the law, well screw you - you lost, we won 8D. So yay.

  Thats one of the main reason i hate religion, those Hard core god worshipping jackasses that beat down on anyone not following there exact religion.
  
  i believe no matter what sexuality your partner is, you should be able to do anything, you choose to.
  
  However, im still a bit....."No Comment" over sex changes..

  Good for them for doing something California couldn't do. The church needs to get over themselves and understand that not everyone is part of their religion. No offense to religious people. I just get tired of rights being denied to someone because of religion butting its head in.
