They haven't said anything about an update (That i've seen so far, at school I can't check teh nexon website lol). I REALLY hope they don't mean the 23rd of NEXT month. You know how they are with typos.... A-anyway before I slap myself after getting so hyped up, I can't freaking wait!!! All my saved AP (not much T,T) will finally be spent! I can start hybriding in lance and knuckles finally, with a bit of lighting thrown on the side every 3rd rebirth. XD

Sadly there's a massive chance it won't. I want it too but... It's too large of an update to come with this one as it is.
