Thanks for posting the guide. I didn't see the bohemian set mentioned, however. I know that most elves won't use Steel Needle because it's both impossibly rare and it effectively prevents you from obtaining the Magnum Shot (and Support Shot) damage bonuses.

Kay let's see...
1. You can only get Max Dmg reforge on accessories and weapon. Most you can get here in NA is two Lv 1 accessories (+4 max) and Lv 2 on your bow (+4 max).
2. Crash Shot target reforge is useless, that only goes on bows not accessories. It is useless because it only affects the first arrow (?) which no one cares about, or the explosion which is already overkill.
3. You should pretty much exclude any reforge past Lv2 (or Lv1 on accessories) for NA since we don't have cash shop toolkits.
4. Steel Needle/Viscount should be nowhere in that guide, Classic (or Oblivion) Elementalist Bohemian Bands and Oblivion (or Oasis) Hard Peaca Bohemian Shoes are THE endgame setup, since 15% more Magnum damage is wayyyyyy better than 8~12 max.
5. Magnum Dmg reforge stacks with Bohemian, so you get 598% magnum with Lv 2 reforge and set effect.
Either way, since your reforge section is rather inaccurate... I will outline what the best possible reforges for each slot are:
Head: Crash Shot Fragment Range Lv 2.
Body: Crash Shot # of Fragments Lv 2.
Accessories: Max Damage Lv 1 (on each).
Shoes: Ranged Attack Max Damage Lv 2 (+2 max total) OR Dexterity Lv 2 (+2 max total).
Gloves: Either Magnum Damage Lv 2 or Crash Shot Fragment Damage Lv 2... all up to personal preference.
Bow: Any Elemental at Lv 2, Max Damage Lv2, Effective Range Lv 2.
I use:
Oblivion Fierce Accessory x2 with Max Damage Lv 1 each.
Oblivion Dexterity Bohemian Hat with Crash Shot Fragment Range Lv 2.
Restored Ambush Bohemian Wear with Crash Shot # of Fragments Lv 2.
Classic Elementalist Bohemian Band with Magnum Damage Lv 2.
Oblivion Hard Peaca Bohemian Shoes with Ranged Attack Max Damage Lv 2.
Glorious Thorn Lotus HLB with Ice Lv2 and Max Damage Lv 2.
Capped damage/crit Ring Bow ego (not elemental yet because of reforge glitch, but will be once it's fixed).
The above setup puts me at about 600+ max and ~130% crit with HLB and 666+ max and ~105% crit with ego at crappy freebirth ages. G16 adds 14 dex and 150 will, so ranged damage will increase by 5.6 max and 15% critical. Elemental adds +11.1% damage on top of that, and Sharp/Special arrows add +10% damage on top of all that.
I would think that adding sharp/special arrows to your guide would be a good idea... because they're basically endless from event and 10% extra damage at endgame levels is very significant.
Edit: There's no point in separating between elf/human for equipment so you do not need a human version or to specify that this is elf only. The only differences between human and elf equipment/stat-wise are:
1. Human might opt out of Bohemian so they can use Rosemary gloves and be effective hybrids. Their magnum is not as good, so it's not as big of a loss.
2. Human is forced to pay for rebirths because they do not have dex gain at freebirth ages.
3. Human has 10 more max damage from ranged mastery, but less dex from skills and base so it evens out.
4. Infra sucks for range and Paladin is not as good as Falcon in overall stats.
5. Human might want AR combo card instead of Magnum combo card.

Lol, my bad; I based the numbers off of Rank 3 reforge possibilities from the Nation Guide on lists of reforges. I'll delete the corresponding reforges.
2. Crash Shot target reforge is useless, that only goes on bows not accessories. It is useless because it only affects the first arrow (?) which no one cares about, or the explosion which is already overkill.
Got it.

Hmm, according to the reforge guide, for all reforges that go up to 20 levels (which max damage goes up to), it is possible to gain up to Level 5 via Rank 3. Is this impossible or just insanely hard?
You know what, I totally forgot that Bohemian was a light-equipment set LOL.
5. Magnum Dmg reforge stacks with Bohemian, so you get 598% magnum with Lv 2 reforge and set effect.
I calculated Bohemian set bonuses in, but I didn't make a note of that yet, my bad xD.

>Hmm, according to the reforge guide, for all reforges that go up to 20 levels (which max damage goes up to), it is possible to gain up to Level 5 via Rank 3. Is this impossible or just insanely hard?
The way reforges work, is that the higher Lv possible within that rank is impossibly rare.
For example, getting Lv 1~2 at rank 3 is easy and common, but getting Lv 4~5 is like winning the lottery.
Getting Lv 1~13 at rank 1 is easy and common, but getting Lv 15+ is like winning the lottery.
You CAN get Lv 5 at rank 3... but personally, I have reforged thousands of items and never gotten anything higher than Lv 2 (or Lv3 on swords) on anything. So for your guides, for all intent and purposes you should only consider Lv 2 reforges max, and only one desirable reforge effect per item to be realistic.

Gotchaa. Now I gotta rework my other guides' reforges LOL. But I'm thankful you caught this error :>.

4. Infra sucks for range and Paladin is not as good as Falcon in overall stats.
Actually, in order of usefulness to ranged damage it's more like...
Falcon<Infra/Paladin
Infra gets 120, 200, or 360 dex depending on roll from rank 1 hands, meaning 48 max, 80 max, or 144 max.
Falcon gets 200 dex from rank 1 sharpness, and 30 max damage from Rank 1 fury, meaning 110 max.
Paladin gets 250 dex from rank 1 eye, and 34 max from rank 1 sword, making for 134 added max.
So, while dark knights win in maximum potential damage, they will only achieve that about half the time (two of the possible stat rolls for a dark knight are 180% dex) Paladins have 10 less max, but they will always get that 134, any trans, any time. But they both beat Falcon. They also get more stamina (well dark knight usually does), which is nice for spamming those ranged skills.

@noodley-sama
You would be right, but only if there was no stat cap. But there is a stat cap, so infra sucks... obviously, this only affects endgame range and the stat might get uncapped 10 generations from now but right now that is how it is.
It is all way too easy to cap dex in trans (specially if you don't have fierce ribbons)... and they are only releasing more and more skills that give dexterity. To put it simply, if my character was an Infra I would actually have LOWER damage than I have as a Falcon. If my character was a Paladin, at best I would have 4 more maximum damage from the transformation skill.
Falcon and Paladin both give 30 and 34 maximum damage from passive skills respectively, while infra only gives dex and that caps out easily. Unless they lift the stat cap, Ifra could give 2000 dex 100% of the time and it would still be lower damage than Paladin or Falcon for an endgame ranger... and endgame does matter, because once you go infra you can't go back and that stays with you until the very end.
So basically, Falcon > Paladin >>> Infra.
Why? Because Elven Magic Missile, the obnoxious amount of protection/mp and TONS of critical is way better than... the 4 more max damage that Paladin can offer and the other boosts that aren't really as helpful to range by a long shot.
I know you understand what I'm saying but I'll make it simpler for anyone else that might be confused...
It is pretty easy to get 750 base dex right now (even before the 30ish new dex we get from g16s1 and s2).
The best available equipment for endgame range give a total of 75 dex (Lilly x2, HLB artisan, Thorn Lotus, Dexterity).
The cap is 999 dex and we have a total of 825, so that means after 174 dexterity... transformation bonuses add pretty much nothing to max damage. Falcon adds 200 dexterity, so that is pretty much just about the perfect amount of dexterity that is needed from transformation.
Even if you have Fierce Ribbons instead of Lillies, that 30 dex you lose is replaced by the 30ish dex we're gaining tomorrow and in the next patch. Even if you say "well, I can use other enchants that don't add dex"... well I'd just say that it'd be incredibly silly to lower your non-trans damage/crit in order to very minorly buff your trans damage.

since u said this guide was made for elves there shouldnt be lance counter in that list of skills unless u want to change it into a human/elf guide
+ difference between human and elf guide*
- elf doesnt get lance skills so note that it gain less will skill wise but more will lvl wise
- human doesnt hav final hit or mirage

You forgot to add Elementalist.
Also, magnum splash is 20% of the entire skill not just 20%... so for example, if you have Bohemian and Lv 2 reforge, magnum splash does 119.6% damage. 100% damage without any of the boosts.
