Most Underrated/Overrated Shows?

What do you all think the most underrated and/or overrated shows are?

Off the top of my head:

Underrated

Last Exile: Fam the Silver Wing [SPOILER="Spoiler"](get rid of Fam and it would actually be really good)[/SPOILER]
11eyes [SPOILER="Spoiler"](it wasn't that bad)[/SPOILER]
C3 [SPOILER="Spoiler"](get rid of the ecchi and it would actually be kind of interesting)[/SPOILER]
Black Rock Shooter [SPOILER="Spoiler"](forced drama is pretty fun to watch)[/SPOILER]
Haruhi Suzumiya Second Season [SPOILER="Spoiler"](skip endless eight, and the rest of the episodes are just as good as anything from first season)

Overrated

Five Centimeters per Second [SPOILER="Spoiler"](felt way too rushed)[/SPOILER]
Kuroshitsuji Second Season [SPOILER="Spoiler"](convoluted mess of a show)[/SPOILER]
Kara no Kyoukai [SPOILER="Spoiler"](you know there's a problem when it takes four whole movies before it starts making any sense)[/SPOILER]

Most overrated this season. Fate/Zero.

I'm enjoying the show but Hyouka probably only got as much reception as it does right now because it's KyoAni.

Underrated anime this season. Note I saide ANIME, not the manga. Medaka Box.

Random Anime Watcher Whose Never Read The Manga: "Another student council anime with a huge cleavage female lead? Fanservice? Eh, I'll watch a couple episodes and drop it."

Does it actually get good later? Does it move beyond the cheap fanservice and get a plot?

First of all, I'll say this, it's a BATTLE SHOUNEN. You know, where they fight? Second, considering the anime only has 12 episode, we won't get anywhere unless there's more seasons.

The opening shows a little of the foreshadowing for fight that'll happen in the next couple episodes but that fight won't be as good as the fights that happen after the arc.

The anime won't get to this point (below) but the series itself is quite bloody.
