  Get more journal points, mang. Do as much as you can. All the exploration stuff and yerr. Might wanna finish G3. Spam a bunch of missions/dungeons you haven't done right before RA selection.
  
  As for your skills, just.. rank them up more :v If you're REALLY desperate, rank a bunch of alchemy skills into the numbered ranks. Though, I wouldn't do that cause ew. Only rank what you KNOW you will use/find helpful.
  
  There's also a bit of luck you gotta factor in. The more RAs that fall out of the position, the better your chances.
  
  RA doesn't look too far for you though. Just a bit more and you can make it I think.
  
  For reference:
  When I got RA for the first time:
  r9 Alchemy Mastery
  r5 Water Cannon
  r5 Summon Golem
  1200 Journal Points
  
  And now:
  R1 Chain Cylinder
  R1 Flame Burst
  R1 Fire Alchemy
  R1 Summon Golem
  R2 Water Cannon
  R3 Alchemy Mastery
  R4 Clay Mastery
  R7 Barrier Spikes
  ~1600 Journal Points
  
  I think Negate has something like:
  R1 Flame Burst
  R1 Water Cannon
  R3 Chain Cylinder
  R7 Alchemy Mastery
  RA+ Fire/Clay/Water Alchemy (?)
  R2 Summon Golem
  ~1500 journal points
  
  She's been able to get in just fine on the weeks she wasn't too busy for RA points.
  
  
  As for Rowaneos... uh...
  R1 Flame Burst
  R1 Water Cannon
  R1 Chain Cylinder
  R1 Summon Golem
  ~RA Fire Alchemy (?)
  R5+ Barrier Spikes
  R2 Alchemy Mastery
  R6 Metal Conversion
  R9+ Life Drain
  Other things. Mana Crystallization may be in the numbered ranks?
