That's why you don't buy in the machines. You can get like, 24 bottles of water for the price of one bottle in a machine if you're smart.

In the US, drinking from the tap is fine. Anywhere else, bottled spring water please.

^Due to the movie Slam dog Millionaire, even bottled water makes me nervous.

Aussie tap water is fine. Only idiots drink bottled water.

I use a Brita Filter at home as well, since bottled water is insanely overpriced.

Yes, I do. :)
The water at my home is pretty much triple filtered.

I just drink from the tap, bottled water only when I'm on traveling to another state, usually I have a re usable bottle filled with tap from my house when bike riding...

I don't drink tap. Instead I swipe water from water bottles that my hardworking dad needs for his mailman deliveries, then chug down a can of Mountain Dew while I'm at it :D

I drink tap water, but my dad usually buys drinking water every week. About 3-5 gallons depending on how much I drink. I think every week, I finish up to 2 gallons and a gallon of tea because I am a passive tea drinker. I drank from tap water before because it's filtered through our water company. I've also drank water from a hose before, just because me and my friend were outside and we couldn't find a water fountain. So we turned on the water pump at a nearby church and drank from it.

Water fountains = tap.
At home though, bottled.

When I used to live in Texas, I hated Tap water because it tasted pure nasty even with a filter. My Dad would always buy a 24 bottle package ever week from his work.
When I moved to Ohio, Tap water tasted much better. My Dad still buy's Bottles of water, I don't know why. Where I lived in Texas, Tap was usually never meant for drinking =/. don't even know why they still call it tap if you can't even drink it T^T . Thank god for Ohio

Most tap water contains a fairly high amount of fluoride, so I don't drink it. Skeletal fluorosis... do not want.
