  Confirmed from beta testing are skill trees for Lycanthropy and Vampirism. You gain perk point through usage (I'm guessing kill volume) rather than through levelling, and only for the disease with which you're currently afflicted. Both vampirism and lycanthropy are actually worth getting/using now.
