Dear Players,

Due to the new system, the Beauty Shop, the Premium Character Cards have been removed from the Web Shop. Now players can make cosmetic changes to their character through the Beauty Shop. There has also been some confusion regarding the Rebirth System. The Rebirth System has not changed. Please note that when using a Basic Character Card, only check the "Reset Level and Age" box. When checking this box, the character will not lose their Premium Appearance.

Want to show off your fashion sense, but your fighting style forces you to run around in clunky heavy armor? Crave the freedom to look exactly how you want, regardless of the situation? Then the Beauty Shop is for you! This new system will let you equip a costume in your fashion slot. This costume will appear on your avatar, but it won't affect your stats. Now you keep the bonuses from your normal armor while customizing your appearance however you want!

This feature will give you control over your appearance that's never been seen before in Mabinogi. Whether you want a complete makeover or simply a haircut, the Beauty Shop is the place for you.

With the new Beauty Shop, a new currency is also introduced. Pon! Anything purchased within the Beauty Shop require Pon. Please note that face/hairstyle changes are permanant.

Please tell me I can get that outfit normally (as in not a costume and actual equipment) somehow.
Edit : On second thought, now that I think about it, somebody tell me that outfit isn't ridiculously expensive.

Well Vindi did away with the temporary system, so maybe Mabi will do so eventually.

Though I can't say the pricing is too bad. It's about 3 dollars for 6 months of an outfit. Which is fairly tame.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than Maple Story and they ended up having perma nx stuff but double the price. Eventually Mabi will probably too. xD

It sucks they you can't pick the color, that means you have to re-dye every time it expires :(.

Well, the most important part for me is permanent, at least. XD

EDIT: Interesting thing about that costume slot.

I put my crinoline dress on it, and then took it off, and didn't put it in my normal slot
And the animation stayed. Apparently it's visible on another person's screen. I asked a random stranger for confirmation. XD

Also, equipping an animating outfit in the gear slot and a non-animating outfit in the non-gear slot will not cause you to animate. =<

Main body is 15 pons, shoes are 5 pons, for a 30-day expiration. 30 and 10 for a 180-day expiration.

It can be dyed.

Also what they don't mention is that you can wear your normal clothing in the decorative slots too so you can wear your good looking outfit over your ugly battle outfit :D
