She's Lady Phoenix, a woman who's half-lady...half fiery bird. Thing is, she can't be killed. When shot or hurt or damaged in some way, her body cremates itself and she's reborn from her ashes. And then she re-ignites. The thing with her is that she doesn't have wings, so to say, but her armbands act as wings. She has these gold armbands which allow feathers to cover the whole length of her arms and ignite. She can also fly.
