Today at Microsoft’s E3 press conference, the company revealed that its very own browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer – will be coming to Xbox 360.
Xbox 360’s iteration of the browser is designed to be the first easy-to-use browser on any game console, and will be integrated with both Microsoft’s search engine, Bing, as well as Kinect. Microsoft’s recently announced SmartGlass will also be fully compatible with 360’s iteration of MSIE.
Microsoft Internet Explorer for Xbox 360 will be available this fall.

Console browsers are pointless.
Microsoft also had a fucking terrible E3 press conference. I would be pissed if I didn't have Darksiders 2, Borderlands 2, and the Dark Souls (Prepare to Die) DLC to look forward to.
Halo 4? Call of Duty: 9? Kinect?
Yawn.

Having a browser is nice as it means your TV now has access to many web apps. It's nothing revolutionary, but at the same time, I'd be pretty happy if I had an Xbox 360 already.

This. I don't care about it because I already have a PS3 and a nice computer, but it'd be a big deal to some people.

If I were in Europe I'd complain for an anti-trust since they're forcing IE and not giving a choice of browser.
In the rest of the world though people will just have to deal with IE.

I almost think the laws weren't made for that <.< It'd probably apply, but lol.
I mean, it's their product~ They're not really hindering anything.
