anyone know if using nagle is safe and is anyone else here using it? thanks

It's 'safe' but if you usually do pure data-streaming, there isn't a point in disabling it. And I'm pretty sure everyone here is using it :p

can you really see the difference before and after?

I've been using it for a while and one of the biggest differences I've seen is how fast you can heal. Try healing before disabling Nagle and after you disable it.
So yes, you can see the difference.

Disabling the nagle algorithm actually helps out quite a bit in game, skills tend to respond faster and healing becomes "omg click and heal twice"

Without Nagle disabled I wouldn't be able to N+ or even do simple strats like ice counter because counter wouldn't load fast enough. I highly recommend it.
