If the breaking stones falling were real time physics and not scripted then it's an impressive thing to have in any game engine, but I doubt we'll really have games make use of this kind of stuff outside of cinematic scenes, which basically means nothing special is going on. Not enough game developers have the balls to make something that uses all the potential of a game engine, it always seems to be a generation or two behind. They may as well just show a donkey with flies flying around its ass for 3 minutes instead of wasting time showing us stuff we probably won't get.
