Have never considered it, and never will
You are NOT too much of a "wimp" if you CAN'T kill yourself.
You are too much of a wimp if you DO.
Actually, I highly disagree.
Suicide is not something that is easily done, even if you are rock bottom, the fear of death isn't something you can really talk yourself out of. I don't care what anyone says EVERYONE fears death. Whether it's the pain of it, what comes next, or not feeling fulfilled with your life it's still there.
I don't want to sound like an attention whore, but I've held a gun to my temple and physically could not pull the trigger. Your mind might say you want to die but your body's natural instinct is to survive and has it's own reflexes to aid survival. I remember I watched this very sad video of an autistic kid hanging himself. He did it with a door knob, and had the noose so loose he could have easily undone it. But the kid was so determined to die you could see him twist and turn fighting his body and every urge to just undo it and breath. That took balls of fucking steel, I believe suicide is selfish, but I also think it's equally selfish to try to force someone to live their life.
I'm pro-life and I'm also a right-for-death activist and will stay that way. Even if I disagree with suicide, I think it's a personal choice. I don't think anyone has the right to control someone else's life. Whether it's the unborn or the already living. If they want to die, I hope they've taken years of consideration into it and it isn't spontaneous, but if that's their choice, they should be able to make it.
