  A +10 Lv. 70 weapon is about equal to a +12 Lv. 60 weapon. Take that as you will.
  
  The sets are all better, but they're currently way too overvalued. Unless you're already at the stage where you have a good Lv. 60 set and still want more, then that's where you start aiming for a 70 set.

  This is for Fiona. But note the following.
  -A full Apocryphal set is about 900m (3 tears)
  -A full Everlasting set is currently about 1.4b (16 drops from 75m-120m each)
  -A BH/Swift set is about 50m

  For Evie, fairly certain Mhara (Ep9.5) is the better option as Everlasting won't provide enough defense to be noticeable.
  
  But for everyone else, I'm giving the generic "it depends".
  Apocryphal is for attack, Everlasting is for defense. You're looking at a trade of about 90 Str for 500 Def between the two. I believe 90 Str is like 200 Att or so.
  
  It might be possible to do a 3 Everlasting 2 Apocryphal or vice versa mix to get a better set of stats, but I'm really bad at min-maxing.

  Unless you have a lot of money (1b+), it's a waste of money.
  
  A full set of +8 (or +10) level 60 defense gear will do a lot more for a person. Can always sell it back later.
  
  If you're rich then yeah, getting level 70 gear to that same point is the only thing left to really spend your money on other than weapon upgrades (which are arguably not as useful for the money).

  For Evies, no.
  
  Stick to Wonderland and throw Force/WB scrolls at them and you'll have a direct upgrade to Mhara/Everlasting set, unless you're willing to blow up armor that's worth hundreds of millions (you need the full set effects to really gain anything out of the 70 sets over Wonderland).
  
  For every other character, yes.
  
  BH/Apoc mix is top-tier stuff since it has almost full Apoc stats, but you only need the boots/gloves of Apoc to get those kinda stats. And those don't take tears. Everlasting, not so much, since the boots/gloves need rare parts.

  The first six sets are various mixes of apocryphal and everlasting, with pure apoc at far left and pure everlasting at far right. the last set is affordable black hammer / apoc mix.
  Ideally you'd want set 3 or 4 out of the six lv 70 mixes. The problem is cost, however.

  the set on far right is probably the most affordable and best value for money at this point in time. It's only really worth investing in ep 10 armor if there's nothing else you'd rather invest in (weapons). My Fio will most likely be using a apoc helm/gloves/boot + everlasting top+btm mix, and my Lann will most likely do the reverse of that (After he gets his ep 10 swords of course, although I don't really know if it's worth switching to ep 10 if he's using +12 raiders twin swords).
  Of course there's still a lot of work to be done... Orz

  It might be, since Raider's is pretty bad aside from Crit.
  
  +12 is 1000 Attack and 8 Speed over a +10.
  
  At base, Infinity Twin Swords have an extra 1500 Attack and 13 Balance. Raider's gets 1 extra crit.
  
  Taking into account the fact that you're probably only going to get a +10 Lv. 70: Infinity Twin Swords will have 500 Attack and 13 Balance. Raider's will have 8 Attack Speed and 1% Crit.
  
  To my knowledge, Attack Speed isn't too useful on Lann. The question is if 1% Crit is worth 500 Attack/13 Balance. I'm guessing the answer is probably no.
  
  You could probably sell the +12 for a sizeable amount after you get an Infinity Twin Sword though.
