techically it needs to be in all games TOS to prevent stuff like gold farmers (doesn't stop them much but they can at least say its there in the rules)

More precisely it's photon blast from the Mags. Once your mag evolve to it's first evolution you get access to it.

Those are showing signs of PSE effects, keep that in mind if you care to raise your PSE levels in muti areas. A PSE burst is the best thing that can happen to you since it causes mobs to constally spawn at your location, which makes farming quite easy and quick.
