Decided its probally better to do this, watched a few videos on New Egg.

I think i got all the basic parts here that i looked at along with the video, if i could get some help with this and any suggesstions would be nice, since i dont know anything substantial about making a computer besides watching the videos.

I wouldn't go with an AMD CPU either. I suggest you go for a 3rd gen quad core Intel Core i5/7 CPU; one of the K variants if you wish to overclock.

alright, so if i get the i5 3550, (i dont intend to be overclocking at all) and a new case; Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 (I want somthing decent, guess i didnt look far enough) Is there anything i would need to change? Like the motherboard?

You would need to get a motherboard with a LGA1155 socket.
Make sure to pick one that supports everything you want to add to it, including a little bit of future proofing (extra RAM slots so you can upgrade later and so on)/

Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W (Iffy on this, now comparing others, but its still my current go to choice)

OS is going to be a Windows 7 thats for sure. :x

SSD and Fans will come later, as theres some already coming with the other parts.

Here is my current machine with an I5 2500k. Don't forget to get an ATX and power cable Extender just in case the power supply cords are short. Also, if you plan to overclock your cpu get a Coolmaster Hyper 212 Evo for your cpu fan. Never use stock cpu fans.
