The Worst Final Fantasy game

oh my god ring of fates

story mode sucks so hard, but single multiplay (and real multiplay is amazing). You go from having to supply 4 characters on 1 salary to supporting 1 character with 4x drop.

i'm only level 90 though because the leveling scale sucks.

And 3 is so boring. The class system is great, but the story is just so boring. First Final Fantasy game I really did not care about the story. At least I cared for 7 & 8 to make fun of it, but FF3 is just...ehh...

Mystic quest ... it wasn't even close to final fantasy ....

as for the best... so far... I loved FFXII and FF-VI aka (FF III in america)

Devil Survivor series.

The characters are way more likeable than the Final Fantasy ones.
They're always different instead of being a clone of a previous character from the previous game with new looks.

And the story is amazing, unlike most Final Fantasy games which is pretty straight forward from the get-go.
"This is your bad guy, kill him." and you learn information about him along the way. Not that interesting in my opinion.

If you guys are talking about the numbered ones, I didn't really like XII. It was just Vaan screaming "ADVENTUURE SKYPIRATE" an he has totally unrealistic abs.

Don't forget that after you get imprisoned and escape said prison Vaan and Penello then become bystanders.

I thought everyone knew XII wasn't really about stupid Vaan and Penelo.

It's basically Ashe's story with a hint of Basch and a dash of Balthier and Fran looks pretty and introduces you to more pretty viera.

I tried to like that one, I really tried. I even bought it and everything. Is not a horrible piece of dunce, but it's a terrible crystal chronicles game. And fuck whoever came up with that terrible combat.

For the numbered ones, 8 hands down, no question. When you try to play the same game 4 times during the span of 6 years without ever being able to trudge through the first disc (out of 4) there is a problem with the game.
