Help with Long Hammer Mastery

You need to get to level 26 first, the level requirement for it is wrong. At least, I believe it's level 26, or whenever you get your first hammer.

You have to keep up with the storyline you get the quest for it around the time of Wake up Call

You also have to kill 25 Kobolds with smash using items that take away stam while you hold them

Thanks, I will keep progressing through the story then until it unlocks. I already have the titles for smashing the Kobolds with items.
