So... I bought the VIP service(for 30 days) on my account not even a week ago, and suddenly it stopped giving me any VIP features... I've tried relogging(both the game and website), restarting the game, and it's not giving it back.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is it just a bug, or did they seriously rip me off?

It is unfair, even if it's just for a few hours. Anything in VIP/right bank tab/etc is stuck.

If that happens it will only be those who had it and were affected, extended by a short amount of time...doubt everyone would get it. I know I would stuff a lot of feathers/crystals etc in there.

I meant like if Nexon was too lazy to investigate who lost their premium service, they'd apologize to all of the players in Mabinogi and give them Premium service.

Hmm, miraculously, they responded in less than 24 hours... Unfortunately, it sounds like there's no compensation. All they said was something about "As a gamer, I understand"(which is the same thing they said in my ticket before this), and "This should be fixed once the maintenance is over".
