If the upcoming chest event is anything like the previous chest events, you'll be able to get a lot of fine fabrics from them.

Second is right, if it is like the last one, you should get alot of fine fabrics.

I think its better to sell those finest fabric and buy fine fabrics with your profit.
If you trade them people will take them, but youre losing money

Finest sell for about twice the prices as you'd pay for Fines. You shouldn't have any trouble selling the Finest, but getting Fines to buy might be harder.

I've always had trouble snagging Fine Fabrics. Seems a lot of the patterns I'm interested in using takes them. If you have patience, I'd just spam thick thread with Fine Fabric weaving gloves.

Demand is higher for Fine Fabrics, makes me wonder why people pay more for Finest since they're easier to get and less people want them.
If somebody is willing to give Fine Fabrics for Finest, I'd trade with them. Finding Fine Fabric sellers is a pain.

^ I think it's that people that don't know the Fabric market compare it with leather and that's why they follow the same prices.
He could always try to make them himself. With rE weaving I had about 25% rate of getting fines when I was making Fabric last week. But I almost had every possible thing in my favour. Monday + rain + 180 Dex + Finest Gloves + r1 Production mastery. But I might just have been lucky and it wasn't a huge sample ether.
P.S. Congrats on your 666 posts.

If you can be bothered, you can do wyverns without using mp pots. Get a fire chaincast wand, a will o wisp item, and then go to ice wyverns. Unequip you wand so you have 0 mp, then put on the will o wisp item. Since your max mp increases, you have 10 MP in your MP pool. As long as you have enough MP for one charge, you do the full chaincast. Rinse and repeat. Then again though, 46-50 stars seems like a lot of effort for just one fine fabric.

You can't rinse and repeat with that method. You can get a "free" Firebolt chaincast up to 8 times (if you have a FULL Wisp set and equip it one by one), but once you run out of mana, then you're out of mana. Removing a Wisp item will bring you to -10 Mana (shown as 0) and mana evaporation will not restore you to 0.
Considering the hassle of juggling your equips and the fact that Ice immunity is much more important than saving mana, it's better to just start with your entire Wisp set on for the +80 Mana boost. Juggling is a lot of work for just 5 more shots, especially when you can get get MP10s from low-level PTJs, of for 100g each from player shops.

this may seem roundabout, but if you rank fragmentation and find a player training weaving you can fragment their cheap/common fabric and have them re-weave until they get fines.
win/win for everyone.

Can't fragment Cheap/Common Fabric because they can be bought from NPCs.
Only Fine/Finest Fabric (and Cheap/Common/Fine/Finest Silks) can be fragmented.
