I definitely won't de-rank my rank 1 Windmill which took about a year to rank up.

Rank it up again later, you can do.

Personally i'm going to de-rank as much as I can because i'm not sure if I want to dump that AP into Fighter skills or not. If not, put them back where they used to be. No harm, no foul. It's at least nice to have the option.

I honestly don't know why I'd need these in the first place.

I mean, raising skills is so blatantly easy to do in order in the way it's all set out, and every skill I have right now has its uses. Other than that, at the moment I couldn't care less if I use fighter skills until I maxed out Thunder, lance charge, xbow & axe mastery and all the magic shields for their will stats, which are easy to get ap for anyways.
