I've tried clicking on it several times from the 'Your Account' page, but the page just won't load. After clicking a few times, a message came up saying that I had made too many attempts and needed to try again later. What could be causing this?

Yeah as rinaek said, browsers make a world of change based on the type of coding the page uses.
Attempt to click it on different browsers. :)
