I'm on the final boss for this game and I need a little help. Would 40-60 and 60-40 attack and magic plus 40% ATB charge rate for Serah and Noel, respectively, or would straight 88-110 and 110-80 be better? Serah is also wearing an accessory with +10% ATB rate too.

Voila, finished the game without actually farming the items. Starblossom seeds were just impossible to get.
