Help me with this siggy please!

So yeah, I was bored, and was experimenting with Gimp, and I made this,I had no clue what I was doing soooo tell me how I could possibly make it better/change it, Btw I dont know what its gonna look like uploaded....I think I should change the white to like black with a blue swirl.....

SUPER ROUGH DRAFT...This really stinks now that I see it uploaded, but Im hoping someone can tell me something cool to do with Gimp as I know nothing....:T_T:

Oh, you cant see it here, but the point is that the top is transparent giving it a WTF did this guy do to the picture effect.

....Yeah.............I have no clue how to effectively cut stuff out either, it took the whole late show with David Letterman...

I actually had an Idea of what I was doing in the beginning, but then I forgot what I was trying to do, sooo thats why I want ppl to tell me what to do before I finish like cleaning it up.

The render looks bad. You can do a better job using photoshop, which is easy to pirate.

Way ta be blunt. But yeah, you would have a better time using either pen tool or magic wand in photoshop.
This way is way too square and pixelly.

But...Gimp has a magic wand, if its the same thing in photoshop Im not gonna bother with that, it just doesnt work that well on really small bits of color or it selects a ton of stuff that I dont want to get rid of, so then I got lazy cause Im really tired and just did this in a way shorter time then I would have but wanted to have suggestions before tomorrow so I can wake up and really fix it up, as I said its a really rough draft, kinda like a concept piece.

BTW, Pika tell red to stop having a lapras that can 1 hit ko all my pokemon K?

EDIT: Pika, I kinda wanted super, IT SUCKS, blunt so I would just drop the project now cause I dont want to work on it but I was thinking of doing it so I started and then posted the really rough draft to get the IT SUCKS comments so I wouldnt have to finish that way I could sleep but Im not gonna sleep cause I dont know why.....

Magic wand is only good if there are large CLEAN spaces of a single color, using in most any other places usually ends up with what you currently have. Anyways, that render can still be used but you'd have to use some effects to blur the scratchy/noisy ends and probably cut off some parts.

Magic Wand tool does an okay render, but the pen tool is what really makes high quality renders. As in renders that don't leave a single pixel from the background in the image and also won't mess up your image.

Oh and, Red doesn't speak Pokemon language. Too bad :v

It's just the way it is. Get photoshop, you'll have a better time doing almost everything.
