I put bread in the toaster, thinking I was going to have an egg sandwich for breakfast, but there was no mayonnaise, so I settled for a taco instead, and buttered the toast. ;;

You use mayo for an egg sandwich?
I use ketchup.

I can't handle ketchup outside of certain things. Maybe if I'd had different bread for it. ;;

I only use ketchup for greasy or juicy meat or fried food.

The only time I use ketchup is on eggs. I never really used mayo until Miracle Whip, and that's only for sandwiches. Everything else I use mustard.

Ketchup goes on hamburgers and fries and hot dogs, at least for me.
Or on hash browns.

You have to be careful with mustard. It takes the right amount of it to actually make a dish (that requires it) balanced.
And when it's balanced, the bitterness that is mustard will feel natural and wonderful. For me, anyway. I hate it when people just slab on as much mustard as they can on food; it just ruins the whole flavor by a magnitude of 100.

I would never use a lot of something that I haven't tried. Tried mustard. Not really for me.

I like a lot of mustard. Not so much that its dripping off the burger, but a lot.
