iTunes/iPod touch WiFi sync

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. iTunes just doesn't even see my iPod over the WiFi, but when it does and I click the sync button, iTunes says my iPod can't be find on the network... Help ;-;

Edit 1: Temporary disabled Norton and closed/opened my comp's WiFi. Now I can somewhat get a sync up... Norton's back up too.

Edit 2: But it doesn't even get my data synchronized. Help!

Edit 3: Disable Norton for good, now my data is syncing......
